The EasyMall team collects your product from the store same day if the store is operating.
Please allow 2-3 working days from the time of purchase to reach you.
If your estimated delivery date has passed and you haven’t received your order, please get in touch with us via email at info@easymall.com.cy to help you further.
We want to sort out any issues with faulty items straightaway.
As soon as you discover a fault, please contact us via email at info@easymall.com.cy to help you further with the following information:
- The order number
- The faulty item’s name and number
- A description of the fault
We’re really sorry if you’ve received an email saying one or more of the items you’ve ordered is out of stock.
When this happens, it means we thought we had stock of the item when you placed the order. However, when we went to pack your order up we realised we didn’t have the item available anymore.
In this case you will get a full refund and 10% discount on your next purchase.
We’re not able to offer an exchange on returned items and all returned items will be refunded once they’ve been received by our warehouse. If you need a different size or colour of an item, then you’ll need to place a new order.
This is because we want to ensure that other colours or sizes of the same product are available.
